DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

LATEST NEWS: At the moment we are not able to ship/sell to Mexico. We are working on solving this issue. Other then that we ship to all countries! For more info regarding shipping time, please read bullet "What is the delivery time" below or check out our resellers and see if there is a reseller in your country!

The parcels are shipped straight to your mailbox so make sure that your name is visible on the mailbox

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?

Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 13.00, it will be sent the same day! Keep in mind that delivery may be longer during periods of high sales and holidays.
At checkout you will see exactly what prices and delivery methods apply to your order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS ON MY ORDER?

USA: If you order below US$800 you don't have to pay any taxes. For orders above 800 USD, please contact the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

Canada: Depending on the destination adress, you will have to pay either GST (Goods and Service Taxes) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) on all orders above CAN$20. Please contact the Canada Border Services Agency for information about what taxes apply for your order.

The prices in our online shop are inclusive of VAT (Valued Added Tax)

Please note that local import charges may occur.These charges are at the customers own expense.

No, But you can use a discount together with a gift certificate.

DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM YOU AFTER I’VE PLACED AN ORDER?
