WITHDRAWS AND RETURNS
Our goal is that you shall be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from us. If you order from the Website you have a right to withdraw from this contract, regardless your reason, within 30 days from receiving the product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the product to us, please find the return address below. You have to return the product without undue delay, and in any event no later than 30 days after the day you sent us the notice of withdrawal. Please enclose a return note with order nr and kindly return the product in its original packaging. When withdrawing your purchase you will have to pay for the cost for returning the product to our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY
You can return your order within 365 days. Please send the parcel back to us, at ICANIWILL AB, C/O Bonver Logistics, Gåshaga brygga 1,181 85 Lidingö, Sweden. When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will bear the cost sending the new size back to you. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition with the labels still on for a full refund, including labels and box etc. Add your order confirmation and information regarding the change/return.

We are not accepting returns on underwear if labels and/or any seals are removed.

For approved returns, the following are required:

  • The return must be recieved by us no later than 365 days from the time you recieved your order.
  • The product(s) must be in ordinary condition (woth label on, odorless, free from animal hair, without wear, without stains etc.)
  • We do not accept returns of underwear and socks where any sealing is broken, nor where labels are removed. 
  • Upon return, the money will be refunded in the same way as you paid. If you hade paid by invoice, it will be credited.
  • Refunds are only made when the return is recieved and approved by us.

PRODUCT COMPLAINT

In the event of a defect product, we ask you to send a picture and information about your order to our customer service through this form and we will help you with the matter.

CAMPAIGNS

If you choose to return one or more products at promotional purchases where a product was followed on the purchase, the free product should also be returned in unopened / original order. If you choose to keep the free product, we will send an invoice for the product's value.
